Refund and Returns


You may return any full priced item that is unworn, unwashed, and unused within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. All items must have the tags still attached or they will be rejected for return. The item(s) must be returned within the 30 day time frame or it will be rejected.

Damaged items:

You have 2 days from the time the order was received to report any damages. We will not accept any damaged item(s) after 2 day period. If the item is damaged during wear, we cannot refund the item. If you do not notice a damage until the tags have been removed or the item has been worn, we cannot refund the item.

Other items non-refundable:

Any items purchased on sale will be a final sale and cannot be returned for store credit.

All shoes must be returned unworn and in the original shoe box. The shoe box must be returned undamaged and with all original parts. If your shoe box does not come in another box, the item will be rejected for return.

All scarves, jewelry, and any accessory items are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We highly suggest using a traceable carrier with a tracking number.
